As of this morning 12/26/12 we have our ice road open to smaller SUVs and minivan size vehicles. We are still not allowing full size vehicles, but hopefully soon. If you are bringing a wheel house but no smaller vehicle to pull with we can pull it out for you. Road passes are $10 per vehicle per day. Both frozen and live bait are available for purchase at the resort too. Stop in the office for your pass, bait, tackle, road map, and to say HI!
Fishing Monday and Tuesday was good. Fish are deep for this time of year at about 30'. Still catching them on live chubs from a dead stick and jigging glow colors with a frozen shiner. Bring your flasher as they can suspend some.
