Ice and Fishing Report

We are happy to report that our plowed ice road is open to all vehicles and wheelhouses--all previous restrictions have been lifted. We have a consistent 18" of ice and just about the same amount of snow (roughly 15" of snow).  Our road is plowed out about 4.5 miles from shore and we have multiple spots plowed for wheelhouses!

The bite has been good in 30-32'- we are seeing a lot of suspended fish which are mostly nice looking Walleyes!  Hot colors are; gold, pink, orange, chartreuse, and glow red. Good luck and have fun!

-Ice Road Update-

These consistent below 0 temps are just what we need!  We've opened our plowed ice road up to 3/4 tons hauling up to 20' wheelhouses.  We are finding anywhere from 16-21" of ice on our road.  Please check with local resorts before venturing out-- be safe and have fun!

-Important Ice Road Update-
Due to the amount of snow we've received and continue to get along with the expected wind gusts we will be closing our road today, Tuesday, January 3rd to the public.
We will only be taking groups out that are fishing with us. All groups fishing with us will be required to ride with a guide-- no groups will be allowed to drive out on their own. Please be smart and safe today--talk with local resorts before venturing out.
